5大优质方案提升员工健康水平

1、保健方案升级降低成本

    从传统健康计划转向高扣除健保计划能帮公司节省下一大笔开支。但员工可能并不愿意支付更高的费用。如何做到顺利实施高扣除健保计划,同时又让员工乐于接受?两全其美的办法包括设立“健康补偿账户”,员工能通过借记卡来支付预先扣除的账单。此外,同时提高员工薪资,以此来配合新计划,也能起到平息反对意见的效果。

1. Blunt the blow

    Switching from a traditional health plan to a high-deductible version can save you a bundle. But your employees may balk at paying more. One way to keep your team happy while transitioning to a high-deductible plan with lower premiums is by funding a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) that your staff can tap, via debit cards, to cover pre-deductible bills. Scheduling raises to coincide with the change to a new plan can also quell objections.

    Harvard researchers found in 2010 that medical costs dropped by about $3.27 for every dollar a company spent on wellness programs.     Helping employees stay fit will also help you to gain more productive hours per employee. Scott Hedrick, CEO of Pro Athlete, a retailer of baseball equipment in Kansas City, offers his 95 employees a company gym, batting cage, pool, and basketball court. The tab was about $350,000 -- on top of the cost of an onsite trainer -- but, Hedrick says, "I don't look at it that way." There's virtually no absenteeism or turnover at the company, founded in 1987.

    5. Fuel peak performance
