上周四苹果（Apple）向公众展示了帮助其制作产品的一些雇员罕见的、出人意料的隐私一面。

    作为向“It Gets Better”网站的供稿，苹果公司的十多位同性恋、双性恋和变性人雇员坐在了摄像机前，讲述了他们是如何渡过高中那段艰难时光的。

    It Gets Better项目是2010年9月由专栏作家丹•赛维奇创立，起因是一名15岁的男孩因同性恋取向遭到恐吓而自杀。该网站已汇集了超过1万段由用户或专业人士制作的支持视频，其中还有一段美国总统奥巴马早期制作的视频。

    苹果作为一家对同性恋、双性恋和变性人友好的雇主在硅谷享有盛名，这些雇员能享有异性恋婚姻雇员的所有福利。

    上周六早间这段视频曾因“描述有害活动”（原文如此）在YouTube上被短暂删除，但上午11点时又重新上线。

    Apple (AAPL) on Thursday offered the public a rare and surprisingly intimate look at some of the people who help make its products.

    As their contribution to the "It Gets Better" website, more than a dozen gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Apple employees talked on camera about how they managed to survive high school.

    The It Gets Better Project was founded in Sept. 2010 by columnist Dan Savage in response to the suicide of a 15-year-old boy who had been bullied for being gay. The website has since gathered more than 10,000 user-generated and professionally produced videos of support including, early on, one from President Obama.

    Apple has a reputation in Silicon Valley as a GLBT-friendly employer, extending to all the benefits enjoyed by heterosexual married couples.

    Its video was briefly pulled from YouTube Saturday morning as a "depiction of harmful activities" (sic), but by 11:00 a.m. it was back up.
